The Career Hub is your personal command center. It's where you create your foundational Master Resume and manage your Jobs Tracker. From here, you can track every application, access all your tailored documents, and see your entire job search at a glance.

4. How do I get a resume and cover letter for a specific job?

First, add a job to your Jobs Tracker, either by finding it in our Job Explorer or by pasting the details from any source. Then, simply click "Create Resume" or "Create Cover Letter." Our AI will instantly analyze the JD and generate a new, tailored version of your documents based on your Master Resume.

5. What does "ATS-Optimized" mean?

Our AI analyzes job descriptions to ensure your resume includes the most relevant keywords, skills, and formatting that automated Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) look for. This maximizes your chances of getting past the initial screening and into the hands of a human recruiter.

6. Where do the jobs in the "Job Explorer" come from?

Our Job Explorer is powered by a third-party API that aggregates thousands of live job listings from across the web, allowing you to discover and track opportunities without leaving our platform.

7. What are the key differences between the Free and Pro plans?

Our Free plan lets you build your Master Resume and explore the platform. Upgrading to Pro unlocks the full power of the platform, including:

Unlimited tailored resumes and cover letters.
Professional PDF and Word document downloads (free users can only download as a .TXT file).
Full, detailed ATS analysis and keyword reports.
Access to our complete library of premium, customizable templates.

8. How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your Pro access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

9. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are handled by our secure payment processor, Stripe. Resumost does not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Data & Privacy

10. How is my resume data used by the AI?

When you generate a document, we send the relevant content from your resume and the target JD to our third-party AI model providers to create your tailored documents. We do not use your personal data to train our own models.

11. How do I delete my account and data?

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings page. Please be aware that this action cannot be undone.
